Bauer Blocker Sizing Chart
It is imperative that a goaltender's blocker fits correctly. The blocker's fit is dependent upon the goalie's hand size. Blockers with more than 1/4” of room from the tip of the goalender's finger to the end of the finger holes will not provide the goaltender with the necessary grip strength and control to maneuver the stick. If this is not achieved, the hand tabs that tie onto the blocker may be too large. This can cause a wobble or tilt that can rotate the blocker, reducing control, blocking surface, and safety.
